Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings → Billing.

Select New Plan

Click Upgrade on your desired plan.

Enter Payment

Add or confirm your payment method via Razorpay.

Confirm

Complete the upgrade. New limits apply immediately.

Prorated Billing

When upgrading mid-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Your new limits take effect immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade:

Go to Settings → Billing
Click Change Plan
Select a lower tier
Confirm the downgrade

Before Downgrading:

Ensure you're within the new plan's limits (projects, team members)
Remove excess team members if necessary
Archive or delete projects if exceeding limits
Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
