Subscription Plans

AegisRunner has five plans, billed monthly or yearly through Paddle as our merchant of record. Paddle handles tax (including VAT, GST, and sales tax) globally, so you'll see the right amount on your invoice for your country with no extra setup on our side.

• Mobile device emulation for scans (iPhone, iPad, Android).
• 1 weekly schedule — automate your suite once a week.
• 1 Slack/Discord/Teams channel + 1 outbound webhook.
• BYOK — use your own LLM API key for test generation.
• Email support with faster response.
• 30-day retention.

Pro — $29/month

For teams shipping regularly and running CI on every PR.

Everything in Starter, plus:

• 10 projects, 500 pages/scan, 500 scans/month, 2,500 runs/month.
• Unlimited schedules at any cadence.
• Pro scan features — accessibility snapshots (used by auto-heal), JS error capture.
• Per-channel notification filters — different events to different Slack channels.
• Multiple environments per project (staging / preview / production).
• Playwright trace files for deep debugging.
• Playwright export — download your suites as standalone .spec.ts.
• Audit logs — track who ran what, who accepted which baseline.
• 5 team members, 90-day retention.

Business — $59/month

For companies with multiple products or sites under one roof.

Everything in Pro, plus:

• 25 projects, unlimited pages/scan, 2,000 scans/month, 10,000 runs/month.
• 15 team members, 1-year retention.
• Business scan features — reduced-motion, high-contrast, memory-leak detection, WebSocket monitoring.
• SSO / SAML sign-in.
• Unlimited Slack/Discord/Teams channels and webhooks.
• Priority email + chat support.

Enterprise — custom

For larger orgs with specific procurement, security, or compliance requirements.

Annual billing

Pay yearly and save ~17% on Starter, Pro, and Business. The discount shows up automatically in the billing modal when you pick "yearly" at checkout.

Tax and invoicing

• Tax is added at checkout based on your country/state — VAT, GST, sales tax. You see the full amount before paying.
• Invoices are generated by Paddle on every charge. Find them under Billing → Invoices. They include your tax ID if you've added one.
• Currencies. Prices are charged in USD, but Paddle's checkout displays your local currency at the prevailing rate. Invoices honor whichever currency Paddle settled the charge in.
• Tax IDs — add yours under Billing → Tax Settings so business invoices include it.

Changing plans

• Upgrade takes effect immediately. Paddle prorates the remaining cycle.
• Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep paid features until then.
• Cancel the same way. Your account drops to Free at end of cycle; data within free retention stays accessible.

All changes are made from Billing → Plan.

Refunds

14-day full refund on first paid subscription. Beyond that, refunds are case-by-case — open a support ticket. See our refund policy.
