Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with AegisRunner. This policy covers refunds and cancellations for all subscription plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no reason required. Refunds are issued to your original payment method at no additional cost.
3. Subscription cancellation
Cancel anytime from Billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to all features until then.
4. How to request a refund
- Email us a refund request at billing@aegisrunner.com.
- Include details — your account email and subscription plan.
- Confirmation — we acknowledge within 24 hours.
- Processing — approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund processing
Refunds are made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after we're informed of your decision, using the same payment method as your initial transaction. Depending on your provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
6. Plan changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Change your plan anytime in account settings.
7. Free plan
The Free plan needs no payment information and there's nothing to refund. If you upgrade from Free, the 14-day guarantee applies to your paid subscription.
8. Disputes
If you have a dispute about a charge, contact us — we resolve billing disputes fairly and promptly.
