2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Request must be made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- Applies only to first-time subscribers
- Does not apply to subscription renewals or upgrades
- Account usage should not exceed reasonable testing limits
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all features until the period ends
- No partial refunds for unused days in the current month
Annual Subscriptions
- Pro-rata refund available for unused full months (after 7-day period)
- Refund calculated based on remaining complete months
- Annual discount may be recalculated for used months

- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear
- UPI and net banking refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- Bank processing times may vary by institution
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions after the 7-day money-back guarantee period (except pro-rata for annual)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Add-on services that have already been consumed
- Enterprise custom development or integration work
- Setup or onboarding fees for Enterprise plans
7. Downgrade Policy
If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan instead of canceling:
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period
- Any unused credits or features from higher tiers will be adjusted
- You can downgrade at any time through your account settings
8. Service Interruptions
In case of significant service interruptions caused by AegisRunner:
- Service credits may be issued for extended downtime beyond our SLA
- Pro-rata refunds may be considered for severe, prolonged outages
- We will communicate proactively about any major service issues
9. Free Plan & Trial
Our Free plan does not require payment information and can be used indefinitely within the free tier limits. There is nothing to refund for free accounts. If you upgrade from a free plan, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid subscription.
10. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a charge or refund decision, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all billing disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
