Terms of Service

Acceptable use
You may only test websites you own or are authorised to test. AegisRunner drives a real browser and may submit forms; you are responsible for the targets you submit and for any data created during testing. Testing third-party sites without permission may violate their terms or applicable law.
Accounts & plans
Plan limits (projects, pages, runs) apply per your subscription. Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of your projects, tests and results. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf — run the crawler, store artifacts, send notifications you've configured.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime on the application surface. Business plans include a contractual SLA with credit terms. Scheduled maintenance is announced on the status page in advance.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard on accuracy but automated results are not a substitute for your own QA judgement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach (e.g. testing targets you don't own, abuse of the service). On termination your data is deleted per our retention policy in the Privacy Policy.
