AegisRunner provides cloud-based automated testing services that are delivered entirely through our web platform. Upon successful registration and/or subscription purchase, you will receive:

  • Immediate access to your AegisRunner dashboard
  • Email confirmation with account details
  • Access to all features included in your subscription plan
  • API credentials for integration (if applicable)

3. Access Requirements

To access AegisRunner services, you will need:

4. Confirmation Emails

After registration or purchase, you will receive the following email communications:

  • Welcome Email: Sent immediately upon registration with getting started guide
  • Payment Confirmation: Sent upon successful payment processing with invoice
  • Subscription Activation: Confirming your plan details and feature access

AegisRunner is available 24/7 worldwide. Our platform is hosted on reliable cloud infrastructure with a target uptime of 99.9%. Service availability may be temporarily affected during scheduled maintenance windows, which are typically performed during off-peak hours and communicated in advance.

AegisRunner services are available globally. However, certain features may vary based on regional regulations or technical limitations. Our testing infrastructure is distributed across multiple regions to ensure optimal performance regardless of your location.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your account or services after purchase:

  1. Verify your email address and check spam folders
  2. Ensure your payment was successfully processed
  3. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
  4. Contact our support team with your order details

We aim to resolve all delivery issues within 4 hours during business hours.

8. Refunds for Non-Delivery
