AegisRunner is a digital, cloud-based service — there's nothing physical to ship. On sign-up and payment you immediately receive:

• Immediate access to your AegisRunner dashboard.
• An email confirmation with account details.
• All features included in your subscription plan.
• API credentials for integration, if applicable.

2. Delivery timeline

• Free accounts: instant access upon email verification.
• Paid subscriptions: instant access upon successful payment confirmation.
• Enterprise: access within 24–48 hours after contract signing and payment.

3. Access requirements

• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
• An active internet connection.
• A valid email address for account verification.
• A valid payment method for paid subscriptions.

4. International availability

AegisRunner is available globally. Our merchant of record (Paddle) handles tax and compliance for over 200 jurisdictions, including GST/VAT where applicable.
